How can I book?

What happens after I ask for an estimate?
- We will send you a first e-mail confirming the receipt of your request and we will contact the supplier to confirm that the product is available in the requested;
- If the product is available, within 48 working hours you will receive an email confirming the order and we will charge the amounts due for the services requested;
- If the product is not available any amount will be charged and we will send you an e-mail with an alternative product. If the proposed alternative is suitable for your needs, you can use the link in the e-mail to proceed with the reservation;
- If we will be not able to provide an alternative, you will receive an orde cancellation e-mail;

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Changes can be made up to 7 days before the start of the service and can only be requested via email. Cancellations, will still require the payment of a penalty clause corresponding to 10% of the price of the booked service.
